Sundeep attended Brunel University from 1999 to 2003 where he attained a degree in Law and completed the "thin sandwich" course. From 2003 - 2004 Sundeep continued his studies at The College of Law, London, where he completed the Legal Practice Course with a Commendation. In 2004 Sundeep accepted the offer of a training contract under the expert instruction of James Saunders. Sundeep qualified in February 2006 and very quickly obtained the Duty Solicitor qualification.
In 2008 Sundeep left Saunders LLP and began work at Leslie Franks Solicitors. In April 2010 Sundeep became one of only two solicitors at the firm to obtain the Higher Courts Advocate qualification, the other being the senior partner.
Sundeep is an experienced duty solicitor who is a familiar face in the London Courts and police stations. In addition Sundeep has appeared on a regular basis before Courts in the greater London area and as far afield as Norwich and Brighton representing clients charged with a range of offences from murder to firearms offences and unusual offences under the Data Protection Act.
