R v LP – Central Criminal Court (August 2021) – Stuart is instructed in this case in which the Defendant is charged with two murders in Westminster
R v ET – Central Criminal Court (October 2021) – Sundeep is instructed in this case in which the Defendant is charged with attempting to murder his wife after stabbing her eight times before trying to kill himself.
Operation Intern - Reading Crown Court (November 2021) – Stuart is instructed in this case where the Defendant is charged with the murder of a retired police officer. The Defendant is also wanted in Poland to serve 14 years out of a twenty five year sentence for murder
Operation Monsoon – Inner London Crown Court (November 2021) – Sundeep is instructed in this case where he represented three of five defendants alleged to have been involved in knife point robberies on the DLR network
R v D – Central Criminal Court (December 2021) – Stuart is instructed in this case where the Defendant is charged with the murder of a thirty one year old in Surbiton.
Encrochat cases – Various Courts Stuart and Sundeep are instructed in a number of cases involving Encrochat evidence following Police infiltration of the network in March and June 2020. The cases range from conspiracy to murder to large scale serious drugs offences and possession of firearms
