Stuart carried out his training at RFB Solicitors between 2001 and 2004 which included civil litigation, criminal litigation and family law. He became a duty solicitor with Martin Murray and Associates where he began specialising in criminal law before joining Saunders LLP in 2005.
Stuart became a Higher Courts Advocate in 2008, allowing him to spend an increasing amount of time as an advocate in London's Crown Courts. He has been fortunate to have represented clients involved in several high profile cases which on two occasions meant that he gave evidence at the trial on behalf of his client at the Central Criminal Court (Old Bailey). Having conducted his own trials from early on in his career gaining him a wealth of experience he is well placed to fight the corner of his client and obtain the best possible outcome.
